Returns Policy |
| If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase you may return the goods within 7 days. We will refund the order within 7 days of the cancellation. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Second Time Round, we will accept for return that have not been specially ordered, sized, worn, remain undamaged or otherwise used subject to the following limitations: |

1. The items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by all other material supplied with the item and original proof of purchase for a full refund. All refunds will be in the original form of payment and are subject to up to 10% restocking fee which will include shipping and handling charges. |

3. Upon receipt of the returned prior to any refund the item is inspected for signs of wear. To qualify for a refund the item must been in exactly the same condition as originally purchased, otherwise the item will not be considered for a refund. |

Second Time Round will not be held responsible for any item the client for any item that is not returned in accordance with our returns policy or that it does not receive. If you have any queries or questions regarding returns please contact customer services. |

| Should you wish to return goods, it is requested that you send a covering letter, detailing the reason for returning the item, your full name, address, order number and please specify if you would like a refund or exchange. |

| When returning goods it is recommended that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery service, as proof of shipping will not be classed as proof of receipt.
